World-class polocrosse is heading to Pennsylvania!

An international junior exchange and series of exhibition matches between the US and New South Wales, Australia, will take place over August 13-14 and August 20-21 in Pipersville, Pa. On Sunday, August 22, there will be a polocrosse play day open to all.  All events will take place at Come Along Farm, 55 Municipal Rd. Pipersville Pa.

Hosted by Bucks County Polocrosse Club under the auspices of the American Polocrosse Association, the exhibition matches will be held Friday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9am.  The teams will consist of a mix of Australian and US players, all under the age of 18.  Each match will last approximately an hour, with 3 hours of play being held on the final day of the exhibition, August 21.  Bucks County Polocrosse Club, based at Come Along Farm in Pipersville Pa, will have a number of their own players in the matches.

Bucks County Polocrosse will run a Play Day on the final day of the exchange, August 22.  The Play Day is open to polocrosse players of all ages and abilities and is a great opportunity for local polocrosse players to test their skills against the visiting players and each other.

Entrance is free and tailgating is encouraged at all the events. There will be opening events at the first exhibition match, August 13, and a tailgating contest at the final exhibition match on August 21.  Gates open half an hour before each match. Polocrosse is a team sport that is a combination of polo and lacrosse that is thrilling for competitors and spectators alike.
